Sooner or later winter has to end, right?

Yes, winter does have to end, and believe it or not, spring really is much closer to being around the corner!  After a fresh batch of snow blanketed the Northeast again, it may feel more like January, although it’s the second day of spring today.  The new snow will also create more problems: when the true warm up comes, there will be melting and localized flooding,  also when there is melting and some refreezing, black ice can form on roadways.  So, winter is ending, but winter’s effects will be far reaching.
