What we’re tracking: Hurricane Harvey and Irma have devastated portions of the United States and Caribbean. The now category 5 Hurricane Maria promises to wreak havoc upon the already catastrophically damaged Virgin Islands as well as Puerto Rico, which will see one of its first category 5 landfalls in decades.
